LeetCode-in-All

155. Min Stack

Easy

Design a stack that supports push, pop, top, and retrieving the minimum element in constant time.

Implement the MinStack class:

Example 1:

Input

["MinStack","push","push","push","getMin","pop","top","getMin"]
[[],[-2],[0],[-3],[],[],[],[]]

Output: [null,null,null,null,-3,null,0,-2]

Explanation:

MinStack minStack = new MinStack();
minStack.push(-2);
minStack.push(0);
minStack.push(-3);
minStack.getMin(); // return -3
minStack.pop();
minStack.top(); // return 0
minStack.getMin(); // return -2

Constraints:

Solution

class MinStack {
    stack: number[]
    minStack: number[]

    constructor() {
        this.stack = []
        this.minStack = []
    }

    push(val: number): void {
        this.stack.push(val)
        if (this.minStack.length === 0 || this.minStack[this.minStack.length - 1] >= val) {
            this.minStack.push(val)
        }
    }

    pop(): void {
        const popValue = this.stack.pop()
        if (popValue === this.minStack[this.minStack.length - 1]) {
            this.minStack.pop()
        }
    }

    top(): number {
        return this.stack[this.stack.length - 1]
    }

    getMin(): number {
        return this.minStack[this.minStack.length - 1]
    }
}
